The group's first fragrance, Donna Karan for Women, was launched in 1992. In collaboration with Estee Lauder, a new line of fragrances for men and women was released during the 1990s. In 2000, the company was acquired by LVMH, a luxury goods company. The fragrances are still released under the labels Donna Karan Beauty and DKNY. The oldest launch of the brand was created in 1992, and the most recent in 2015. Donna Karan fragrances are created in collaboration with designers Rodrigo Flores-Rocks, IFF, Alberto Morillas, Harry Fremont, Trudy Lauren, Yann Vassinier, Anne Flipo, Maurice Roucel, Olivier Guillotin, Perret Negrin, Jean-Marc Tchilien, Yves Cassar, and Calice Becker.
