Marley Layton, Marley perfumes have added a new Layton to the men's collection, named after the Layton horse, from which one of the most important and largest purebred racehorse breeds descends. It blends flowers, woods and spices in a modern fougere framework and is presented to those looking for luxury. The opening notes consist of cheerful scents of mandarin and apple with bergamot and a clear addition of lavender that combines with the flowers of the heart, especially geranium, to give a touch of fougere with the woody base. The heart also contains soft, sensual flowers, namely jasmine and violet, while the base is woody and spicy, adding stability and depth, containing guaiac wood, sandalwood and patchouli, in addition to spicy black pepper and soft vanilla.
